I have spent over 40 years working for clients in the London property investment and development markets. I previously owned and ran a large brokerage business in Marylebone, which I sold in a management buyout in December 2025 as I turned 60. Over the years I have been fortunate to be involved in a number of significant transactions (see track record) on behalf of both private and institutional clients from the UK and overseas. Just as important as the deals are the relationships I’ve built along the way, and I am fortunate to have very close, long-standing relationships with a number of well-known and respected individuals, companies, institutions and families around the world.

After selling my brokerage, I decided to work with only a small group of trusted and extremely active clients, so I can properly focus my time on them and the opportunities we are involved in.
